
Organizational Development Advisor

We are looking for an Organizational Development Advisor to support the full team member lifecycle while fostering a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders and teams to support HR initiatives, strengthen team member relations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing setting.

Your future role
Responsible for a wide range of organizational development tasks such as hiring and onboarding, implementing policies, assisting with benefits, leaves and being a safety ambassador
Build strong team member relations
Support organizational development partners in their day-to-day consulting roles
Drive continuous improvement in the team member lifecycle
Contribute to various other continuous improvement projects
Maintain team member files
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
Act as safety ambassador for the facility collaborating with health and safety advisor
Maintain legal compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills
BS degree in human resources or related field
Three years or more of relevant experience with one year heavily focused in Health and Safety
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Knowledge in health and safety manufacturing practices and regulations
Good knowledge of employment and labor laws
Experience in conducting HR investigations
General understanding of human resources policies and procedures
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic
Ability to document and maintain accurate recordsAbility to maintain high standards of confidentiality
Problem-solving abilities to reprioritize and flex with the needs of the business
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of safety programs: LOTO, fall protection, electricity, hand protection, lifting operations, machine safety etc.
Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
