Our
Kelly Education Recruiter
is accountable for:
Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, sales or human resources experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required
Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position‑applicable events is also required
Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
Base pay for this position is $55-65,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well‑being.
