SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Auto Assistant is responsible for assisting the Auto Press Operator with the production of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel goods.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Unload printed garments from the auto press for continuous printing production while checking the quality of the print
Assist the Auto Press Operator with setups of the auto press
Maintain communication with the operator of any/all prints that are not up to Chrome Hearts’ standards
Communicate with the Quality Controller of any changes in production orders and the sequence in which garments will be printed
Must help team meet daily/weekly goals
Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocol
QUALIFICATIONS
Some experience in print production preferred. Candidates are expected to learn all responsibilities in an adequate time frame
Must have a good understanding of quality print standards and to be able to differentiate the bad from good quality prints
Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time, some walking. Employees are regularly required to talk and/or hear. Employees will be expected to repeat much of the physical motions throughout the shift that may include use of their feet, legs, arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. This work will involve a variety of hand operations requiring a high degree of manual dexterity and close visual attention. The employee must be able to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
