If you’ve worked with Kanban systems and enjoy leading a team while staying actively involved in the work, this could be a strong fit.* Safety is our priority* Family-owned and operated* First shift operation* High-quality and extremely affordable benefit packages* A collaborative and challenging environment fostering high engagement and retention* We have fun building the highest quality product that saves lives and property## About the RoleWhat You'll Do* Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and support your team on the floor* Manage material flow using a Kanban system to keep production moving* Coach and develop team members while holding high standards for safety and performance* Troubleshoot issues and keep operations on track* Partner with internal teams to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right timeWhat We're Looking For* Warehouse experience with prior leadership responsibility preferred* Familiarity with Kanban or similar inventory systems* A hands-on leader who leads by example* Strong organization and problem-solving skills* Someone who communicates clearly and keeps the team aligned
