Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence‑based skill‑building and care plans.
Serve as integral member of clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn, passionate about helping children with autism.
Patience, compassion, calm demeanor under challenging situations.
RBT certification required prior to starting.
Additional Information
All services will be provided in clients’ homes or community locations. Positions start as part‑time. Candidates with background in early childhood education, teaching assistance, after‑school programs, behavioral or mental health services, ABA therapy, or supporting neurodiverse family members are highly valued.
No experience? Paid training is provided for suitable candidates.
The role requires a long‑term commitment of 6 months to 1 year; attendance and scheduling to be coordinated with supervisor.
