## Description**Join Our Team as a Quality CMM Programmer & Lead Inspector!****All Service Plastic Molding (ASPM)**, a proud member of The Minco Group,is looking for a meticulous and motivated **Quality CMM Programmer and Lead Inspector** to join our high-volume manufacturing team!In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, ensuring every component meets the highest industry standards and customer expectations.If you thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy is paramount and innovation is encouraged, we want to hear from you!---**What You’ll Do:*** **Master the Code:** Develop, program, and maintain advanced CMM programs for in-process inspections and tool approvals.* **Lead the Way:** Manage gage approvals (Gage R&R, MSA) and mentor our Lab Inspectors to sharpen their skills.* **Innovate & Support:** Collaborate directly with engineering to develop custom workholding and fixtures that ensure flawless measurement repeatability.* **Problem Solve:** Investigate dimensional issues and partner with production teams to continuously enhance product quality.* **Ensure Excellence:** Perform hands-on quality inspections on various plastic parts and components.---**What You Bring to the Table:*** **Experience:** 3 years of CMM programming and dimensional inspection experience, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing setting.* **Technical Savvy:** Expert knowledge of QA/QC principles and a strong ability to interpret complex technical documents.* **The "Zeiss" Edge:** Preference given to those with experience using **Zeiss equipment and software.*** **Leadership Traits:** Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the leadership skills to guide a quality-focused team.---At ASPM, we don’t just manufacture parts; we build quality.
