Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs
Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the service process
Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up communication
Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
Proficiency with computer systems and service software
Valid driver’s license
