Come grow with us!Key Responsibilities – Customer Complaint Management• Own and manage the customer complaint process from intake through closure

• Lead and support 8D root cause analysis, including containment, root cause determination, and corrective actions

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues on time

• Prepare professional customer responses and corrective action documentation

• Track complaint trends and implement actions to prevent recurrenceScrap Monitoring & Reduction• Track, analyze, and report scrap and rework metrics

• Identify high-cost scrap drivers and recurring defect patterns

• Lead scrap reduction initiatives using data-driven problem solving

• Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process control and yieldProcedures, Inspections & Quality Systems• Create, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans

• Establish standardized inspection methods and acceptance criteria

• Ensure procedures are followed consistently on the shop floor

• Maintain document control and revise procedures as processes changeKPIs, Metrics & Reporting• Define and monitor key quality KPIs including scrap, complaints, and corrective action effectiveness

• Analyze performance trends and drive continuous improvement

• Present quality metrics and performance data to leadershipAudits & Compliance• Plan and conduct internal audits

• Support customer and third-party audits as required

• Ensure timely corrective actions and compliance with requirementsLeadership & Training• Train employees on quality procedures, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools

• Coach teams on root cause analysis and corrective action discipline

• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvementQualifications Required• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of experience in a Quality or Quality Management role

• Strong experience with customer complaint handling and 8D problem solving

• Experience monitoring and reducing scrap and rework

• Ability to create and implement procedures and inspection documentation

• Strong analytical and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• Manufacturing environment experience

• Experience establishing and tracking quality KPIs and metrics
