Sr. Process Operator

**Job Summary:**The Process Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role involves operating equipment, adjusting process parameters, conducting inspections, and responding to alarms or process deviations while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.**3rd Shift Monday – Thursday**6:30 PM - 5 AM**Responsibilities and Tasks:*** Assembly of a wide variety of products* Operate computer to enter necessary documentation* Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment* Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations* Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.**Position Requirements**:* High School Diploma or equivalent* Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting* Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process* Must complete site specific safety training and operator training* Ability to communicate clearly to team membersPlease note that the information in this job description outlines the general nature of the position and is not an exhaustive list of duties.
