The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance as a finance and insurance manager. If you’re ready to help our team continue its track record of success, apply today!Responsibilities* Maintain a suitable stock of bank, company, and state forms within the auto dealership at all times* Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks* Determine customers’ need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs* Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers* Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance managerQualifications* Must have a clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license* AFIP Certification considered a plus* Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office* High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or have commensurate professional experience* Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customersCompensation130000 - 151000 yearlyAbout Autoplex AtlantaWe are a family-owned and operated company with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
