San Bernardino County Innovation and Technology Department (ITD)is actively looking for a
Senior Business Systems Analyst - Accela Platform*
with experience in Accela government software with good techno-functional (strong mix of business process + technical capability) skills, with hands-on experience working with government functions such as land use services, code enforcement, building safety, planning, licensing & other regulatory procedures within the software platform Accela. Assignments include gathering business requirements and developing functional and technical specifications for custom reports, workflow configurations, and API integrations, in addition to day-to-day troubleshooting and providing empathetic customer support.

Minimum Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years full time equivalent experience, within the past five (5) years, in a production environment performing business systems analysis and two (2) years experience with Accela Government Software, on a large scale including systems administration, workflow configuration, support & troubleshooting, and testing software upgrades. Must include three (3) years of full-time equivalent experience in at least four (4) of the following areas: requirements gathering, SDLC Methodologies, end user acceptance testing, handling systems administration, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, data management process mapping, workflow diagramming, documenting business rules, and cost/benefit analysis.
