SAP Business Process Analyst

Description:
Assess, analyze, and resolve issues in the production systems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver system enhancements.
Support business process owners by testing new functionality and documenting results.
Understand how data, functionality, and business processes are interconnected.
Contribute to project teams to deliver new functionality to the business on-site as required.
Provide effective support through the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in SAP support or related functions.
At least 5 years of experience in SAP configuration and business process integration.
Primary expertise in SAP Purchasing and Procurement, and/or Sales and Distribution.
Additional SAP module knowledge is a plus, including Materials & Warehouse Management, Finance and Controlling, and Manufacturing Intelligence and Integration (MII).
Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and instructions, both verbally and in writing.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and implement solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate to advanced, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working in a plant environment and supporting operational projects with an understanding of their impact on processes.
Up to 25% intermittent travel to facility locations.
