Position Description
Areyouhands-on,reliable,andreadytolearnavaluabletrade?Joinourteamasan Insulator Assistant andbepartofacompanythatvalueshardwork,safety,andprofessionalgrowth.You’llsupporttheinstallationofinsulationoncommercialconstructionsites,gainingskillsthatcangrowintoalong-termcareer.
Compensation
Hourly wage is set between $20 and $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Cutandprepareinsulationmaterialsusinghandtoolslikeknives,saws,scissors,andtapemeasures.
Fitinsulationaroundpipes,ducts,andothermechanicalsystems—evenaroundtrickyobstructions.
Install,remove,andrepairinsulationtosupporttemperaturecontrolandnoisereductionincommercialspaces.
Followsafetyprotocolsandhelpmaintainasafeworkenvironmentbysupportingourstrongsafetyculture.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
3 Day Weekend
Overtime on Friday when necessary
Year-Round Work
Requirements
Currentvaliddriver'slicense
