
Contracts & Pricing Analyst (Print)

The Contracts & Pricing Analyst is responsible for vendor negotiations and making decisions and recommendations regarding pricing. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, manage manufacturer relationships, and keep our pricing programs running accurately. It's a detail-heavy job that requires someone who can negotiate well, stay organized, and work independently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct vendor negotiations to secure favorable commercial and contractual terms, working with internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Evaluate current pricing processes and recommend changes that improve efficiency or better leverage existing programs.
Process HPI requests, Canon CSMP claims, Konica Alliance backups, and Sharp MAP/NJPA documentation.
Maintain and update current HPI contracts on an ongoing basis.
Track and follow up on expiration dates of all special pricing from manufacturers.
Update pricing workbooks when new models are introduced; complete monthly CSMP SOW updates
Maintain logs of activity in tracking workbook.
Keep accurate activity logs and stay current on all documentation and time entry requirements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
An associate degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Excel skills and comfort working across Outlook, vendor portals, and company systems.
Good communication with both internal teams and outside vendors.
Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift gears when things change.
Pay range: $63,256 - $98,047 annually
