# Work With Us* Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) used by operators and leadership.* Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analysis.* Work with datasets across ticketing, CRM, POS, and financial systems.* Validate data outputs and support reconciliation with Finance and Accounting.* 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics, data science, or a related field.* Outstanding academic achievement from a top-tier university.* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.* Strong proficiency in SQL (must be able to write and troubleshoot queries independently).* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).* Working knowledge of Python or other scripting/automation tools.* Comfort working with structured and unstructured data from multiple systems.* Proficiency with AI tools, automation, and keen interest in emerging technologies.* Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (ability to build executive-ready materials).* Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.* A former consultant or analyst who also enjoys building, not just analyzing.* Someone comfortable moving between data, tools, presentations, and business questions.* A self-starter who identifies inefficiencies and automates them.* A candidate interested in growing into a data, analytics, or business leadership role.***Disability Assistance** - Tishman Speyer is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers opportunities to all job seekers, including job seekers with disabilities.
