Parks Maintenance Worker
The City of Andover is hiring a full-time Parks Maintenance Worker, starting around June 1. This hands-on role supports the maintenance and operation of the City's parks and trail systems. Duties include performing manual labor and operating light and heavy equipment. Experience with backhoes, bobcats, and snowplowing is a plus. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class B CDL at the time of application and have experience with playground structure design, installation, and maintenance, as well as irrigation systems. Strong communication skills are required. Experience in landscaping and turf maintenance is preferred. This is a Teamsters Local 320 union position and is subject to D.O.T. random drug and alcohol testing. Starting pay is $30.46/hour, with a full range of $30.46$39.18/hour.
