About the Opportunity
We are seeking a board‑certified

MD or DO

with experience and passion for

headache medicine

to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a

cutting‑edge telehealth model , help shape care delivery for a historically underserved population, and work alongside a collaborative, mission‑driven team that’s changing the standard for migraine care.

What You’ll Do

Provide virtual consultations and follow‑up care to patients with migraine and other headache disorders

Interpret headache histories and

diagnose according to ICHD‑3 criteria

Develop personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans, including preventive and acute pharmacologic therapies, neuromodulation devices, supplements, and integrative strategies

Review patient headache diary outputs to monitor treatment efficacy and support real‑time care adjustments

Engage in shared decision‑making and education with patients around lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, hydration, and physical activity

Work with Haven’s operations, design, and engineering teams to advance Haven’s telemedicine model and digital tools

Oversee and mentor a group of advanced practice providers (NP/PAs)

Optionally perform or supervise procedural headache care if interested (e.g., Botox, nerve blocks)

Qualifications

MD or DO

Completed a Headache Medicine fellowship or UCNS certified

At least 1–2 years of clinical experience treating patients with migraine and headache disorders

Take a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Proficient in (or willing to oversee) procedures like Botox for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections

Comfortable in a virtual‑first care model, with excellent communication skills

Enthusiastic about innovation, equity, and expanding access to specialized care
