Responsibilities

Lead and support HR and workforce transformation initiatives for clients in Healthcare, Life Sciences, and State and Local Government agencies.
Help clients modernize across HR operating model and service delivery, HR Business Applications, business process redesign, employee experience, skills and workforce transformation, organizational change and readiness.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and design sessions to define current-state challenges and future-state priorities.
Develop transformation roadmaps, operating model recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables.
Help clients align workforce priorities with modern platforms, AI, automation, and digital capabilities.
Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and proposal support for IBM’s HR Transformation practice.
Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation, with experience in designing and implementing strategies that transform employee experiences, optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions, and delivering business value through process redesign, analytics, and solution implementation.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
Proficiency in upgrading and rationalizing HR and Talent technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and drive business value.
Experience in identifying and implementing AI solutions for HR use cases.
