
Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on
Manufacturing Engineer
to support production across first and/or second shift. Typical hours fall within
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM . This role focuses on
process development, validation, and continuous improvement , working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Support new product launches and production readiness
Lead quality investigations, CAPA, and engineering changes
Participate in DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM/DFA activities
Support supplier transfers and improve supplier performance
Design tooling, fixtures, and production aids (3D CAD)
Collaborate cross-functionally across production, quality, and supply chain
Drive Lean initiatives and cost/efficiency improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related)
7+ years
manufacturing engineering experience
Strong background in CNC machining, metal fabrication, and assemblies
Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
Proficient in
CREO, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
