Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
Local field resource responsible for jobsite execution, scanning materials, replenishing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the Material Solutions Team.
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Performs on‑site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
Executes replenishment tasks, ensuring accurate stock levels and clean, organized setups.
Monitors Min/Max levels and flags issues requiring Specialist or Manager oversight.
Provides consistent customer interaction, resolving simple issues and escalating when needed.
Maintains accurate documentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory as required.
Acts as the on‑the‑ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required for the role
Occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency in learning and using job‑related software and mobile applications
Comfortable working in a field‑based role with minimal desk time
Capable of remaining seated for extended periods of time while driving
Capable of performing repetitive lifting and other physical job duties on a regular basis
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field
Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management, job‑site support, or field service work
This position is field‑based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites is required, with occasional overnight travel. The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, and hands‑on material handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications is required, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
