The Opportunity
As a Citation CJ3 Captain, you'll lead safe, efficient, and polished operations for discerning clients. You'll collaborate closely with a hardworking, service-driven team and represent Solairus with professionalism on every mission. This role is on-call and dynamic, with occasional international flying supported by recurrent training.
What You'll Do
Command CJ3 flights with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and SMS best practices.
Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including performance, weather, and fuel analysis.
Deliver exceptional passenger care with discretion, poise, and proactive communication.
Coordinate seamlessly with crew, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
Complete thorough preflight and post-flight duties, documentation, and debriefs.
Uphold Solairus’ core values of safety, service, and integrity in every interaction.

CE-525 series required

FAA ATP/ATPL required

Comfortable working on an on-call basis

Operating Base:
KCMA (Camarillo, CA)
Residency:
Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KMCC or willingness to relocate
