CEXEC, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Analyst to join a dynamic team of professionals supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge of records management processes and procedures
Develop a records structure filing system (categorize, index, label and classify official records)
Maintain electronic records in approved systems (shared drive, ksn, etc.)
Ensure accessibility to records
Version control
Knowledge of records retention
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ensure staff understand the records management processes and procedures
Develop standard operating procedures
Maintain document repositories and revision histories in accordance with established best practices
Perform records management processes and procedures, including development of a records structure filing system which allows categorization, indexing, labeling and classification of records
Oversee version control and records retention in accordance with FAA guidance
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for Records Management or Programmatic Support as needed
Requirements
10+ years’ experience supporting the FAA or another federal agency
FAA Experience (preferred)
Must have excellent copy‑editing skills and attention to detail
Must be in the DC Metro area
Education
A bachelor’s degree in education, English, journalism, history, or political science from an accredited college or university is required
A certification or degree in a relevant technical field may also be considered
Travel
0-5% (negligible)
Salary and Benefits
Salary at CEXEC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range (monetary and non‑monetary) nationally for this position is $95,948 to $295,914 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position.
