Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a senior Staff Officer SME IV to serve as a trusted advisor on strategic deterrence, WMD counter-proliferation, and intelligence support to Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3).

Active TS/SCI (SAP Eligibility Required)

Responsibilities
This role supports the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSW(I&S)) and OSIP leadership, operating at the highest levels of national security policy and interagency coordination.
You will develop policy, deliver executive-level products, and coordinate across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Joint Staff, IC, and interagency partners.
This is a high-visibility, mission-critical role requiring deep expertise in deterrence, precision writing, and the ability to operate in complex, high-stakes environments.

Education
Bachelor's degree required

Experience
10+ years as a Staff Officer, Action Officer, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in:
Strategic deterrence
NC3
Counter-proliferation / counter-WMD
Experience supporting:
DoD / IC policy and intelligence efforts
Proven experience:
Drafting executive-level products for GO/SES leaders
Supporting NSC-level coordination
Coordinating across:
DIE / IC
Joint Staff
CCMDs (USSTRATCOM preferred)

Exceptional writing and briefing skills
Expert-level Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong understanding of:

Adversary WMD programs
Proliferation pathways
Emerging threats
Maintain awareness of global WMD trends and delivery systems
Technology Evaluation & Integration
Assess commercial and emerging technologies for counter-WMD applications
Conduct compatibility analysis to reduce duplication across DoD and IC efforts
Policy, Process & Authority Frameworks
Develop processes supporting deterrence and counter-WMD missions
Apply Title 10 and Title 50 authorities to operational and intelligence activities
Interagency Coordination & Representation
Represent WMD-Deterrence in:
Interagency meetings
National-level working groups
Coordinate across:
DIE / IC
Joint Staff

Staffing Package Development
