Position Overview
City of Hope Phoenix (Goodyear, Arizona), a leading network of cancer hospitals and outpatient centers, is seeking an outstanding Critical Care Intensivist to join our esteemed team. We offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to transforming healthcare by integrating cutting‑edge research and compassionate care.
Position Highlights
Provide comprehensive critical care for oncology patients in the ICU setting.
7 on 7 off schedule.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Respond to codes and rapid responses.
24/7 vascular access team.
38 total beds in the hospital (average ICU patient census is around 3).
Opportunity to engage in clinical and translational research while collaborating with cutting‑edge faculty at TGen, City of Hope's genomics research center in downtown Phoenix. Qualified faculty may be eligible for joint appointments, and candidates with funded research programs are strongly encouraged to apply and contribute to the broader City of Hope‑TGen research enterprise.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity/performance incentives. Actual compensation will be adjusted for specialty, experience, training, hospital/community needs and other factors.

Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO).
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine.
Must have or be eligible to obtain an Arizona Medical License prior to starting date.
Experience and interest in the care of inpatient oncology patients. Experienced candidates are preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.
