Job Title
Carpentry, Plumbing, and Painting Trades
Performs all aspects of the carpentry, plumbing, and painting trades at journeymen level. Repairs and maintains historic buildings, government housing, support structures and buildings within accepted safety, health and sanitary conditions. Perform plumbing on potable water and wastewater systems and related equipment such floats, fittings, sinks, toilets, and fixtures. Performs electrical wiring necessary to maintain existing 120 and 240 volt electrical systems and troubleshoots and repairs to 24 and 48 volt Photovoltaic power systems. Plans and lay out projects, making modifications when necessary. Inputs data into the computerized Facility Management Software System (FMSS) and uses electronic email and word processing programs as a component of daily work activities.

Cut-off Dates: This is an open continuous announcement, in which applications are collected over several months, and have multiple cut-off dates.
