IG and Youtube Videographer For A Fast-Growing, Impact-Driven Entrepreneur

Do you have deep knowledge of video creation, YouTube video marketing, Instagram marketing, and documentary/vlog style content? Do you get excited about creating emotion-driven video content on social media platforms that inspires others?
My name is Richard, I’m the founder/CEO of Impact Clients, and we are pacing to grow from an 8‑figure/year company to a 9‑figure company by 2030. We are looking for a full‑time, in‑house videographer to film with Richard and build our media company on Instagram and YouTube (and soon to be FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms) and help us grow to 5 M followers by the end of 2026 (currently 1.5 M followers across all platforms).
Responsibilities
Shoot short‑form content for Instagram and long‑form content for the YouTube channel.

Participate in weekly full‑day shooting sessions at the podcast studio in Puerto Rico (minimum once per week).
Attend meetings on Monday and Thursday with the IG and YouTube team for feedback.
Maintain availability on Slack and messaging platforms for daily communication.
Travel with Richard to events or vacations (Puerto Rico, Madrid, Dubai, etc.) to document content (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of video creation, YouTube video marketing, Instagram marketing, and documentary/vlog style content.
Experience shooting and editing high‑quality short‑ and long‑form video content for social media.
Ability to work closely with a founder and creative team, attend meetings, and respond to feedback.
Willingness to travel and adapt to different environments.
Desire to grow into a leadership role or to stay focused as a shooter.
Compensation
Junior Videographer: $3‑5 k USD/month (with growth and performance bonuses).
Senior Videographer: $6‑8 k USD/month (with growth and performance bonuses).
We will match or do better than your current income. Name your rate.
