Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the structural design and analysis of various projects. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within the specified deadlines and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the structural design and analysis of various projects.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and professionals to ensure project success.
Provide expertise in bridge design, retaining walls, and structural engineering.
Utilize software such as SAP-NetWeaver-AS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation for design and analysis.
Ensure compliance with NYSDOT and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
10+ years of experience in structural engineering.
Proficiency in AASHTOWARE BRR, load rating, AutoCAD, MicroStation.
Strong knowledge of bridge design, retaining walls, and civil engineering principles.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a team of engineers.
