Responsibilities
Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system.
Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Coordinate, track, and report key metrics/measurements related to patient management.
Maintain accurate case histories and patient records.
Obtain and record patient medical histories as indicated.
Take diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze them.
Build positive doctor‑patient relationships.
Sell wellness membership packages.
Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Lead weekly training sessions for staff.
Show strong attention to detail with demonstrated process management skills.
Work independently and handle occasional late evenings and weekend hours.
Qualifications Required
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid CA DC license and eligible for Malpractice Insurance in CA.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Teachable attitude and demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
