Operations Integrator (Senior and Journeyman levels needed)
Parsons, Miami, FL, United States
Job Description
Parsons is seeking an Operations Integrator (Senior and Journeyman) to manage and support approved OIE plans, aligning execution with objectives and coordinating across staff and partners.
Senior Responsibilities
Translate OIE plans into executable actions bridging between planning and execution.
Ensure tasks are aligned to objectives, properly sequenced, and assigned to the appropriate organizations.
Coordinate effects across capabilities and organizations, synchronizing activities across IO, MISO, cyber-enabled influence, Public Affairs, Intelligence, operations, plans, and interagency partners.
Support OIE synchronization and battle rhythm, maintaining input matrices, target working groups, and tracking closure/status of tasks.
Monitor effects and execution in near‑real time, tracking status against LOEs, tasks, and timeliness, proactively identifying early indicators of effect or failure and communicating issues quickly to the customer.
Enable assessment‑driven adaptation, translating assessment findings into adjustments and recommendations while ensuring changes remain within approved authorities and commander’s intent.
Enforce coherence with authorities, policy, and approvals; support integration of OIE with kinetic and non‑kinetic operations and coordinate timing/messaging with kinetic operations, security cooperation, exercises, and engagements.
Serve as the primary Apollo execution touchpoint for mission‑related partners, maintaining shared understanding of effects, timing, and continuity across rotations and phases.
Journeyman Responsibilities
Support the transition of approved OIE plans from planning to execution by managing the operational handoff and synchronizing cognitive, informational, and physical information forces.
Translate approved concepts, LOEs, and COAs into executable tasks, ensuring proper sequencing, resourcing, and alignment to intended effects.
Monitor, synchronize, and recommend adjustments to joint force information activities to ensure unity of effort and effectiveness in the information environment.
Track execution in near‑real time, identify risks, shortfalls, unintended consequences, and opportunities for refinement, and elevate recommendations within approved authorities and commander's intent.
Provide OIE‑ and IW‑related capability support during steady‑state operations, contingencies, crisis response, disaster relief, and exercises, ensuring integration with kinetic and non‑kinetic operations.
Maintain synchronization across staff elements, components, interagency, and mission partners to prevent redundancy, fratricide, or conflicting actions.
Support the development, coordination, and dissemination of mission‑aligned content and media platforms reflecting regional perspectives, cultural context, and local information ecosystems.
Ensure messaging and delivery mechanisms are consistent, repeatable, and aligned with operational objectives while leveraging contemporary and emerging media formats.
Monitor platform performance and engagement metrics and provide recurring operational reporting in accordance with government direction.
Maintain secure coordination of media production and dissemination processes, integrating cleared personnel as required to protect operational security while enabling responsive execution.
Operate with latitude in managing execution workflows, coordinating across stakeholders, and contributing to performance measures that assess operational impact.
