
Global Program Manager

Position Overview
Oversee the Microsoft Global Support (GS) AV Program at a global scale. Accountable for end-to-end program management, including performance reporting, stakeholder communications, and sentiment tracking. Responsible for incorporating stakeholder feedback into program improvements and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
This role requires up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities
Conducts monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Ensures Regional Leads are informed of milestones and accountable for timely execution.
Cascades business updates and strategic changes from Microsoft to relevant supplier team members.
Accountable for timely completion of all compliance and security actions relating to any staff reporting to them (or in their reporting chain).
Accountable for ensuring Project Managers and Technical Leads are appropriately resourced and workloads are effectively load balanced across AV deployment projects, based on scope, complexity, and site requirements, to support successful execution and delivery.
Prepare and deliver communications and reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
What you will bring to the team
5–7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of leading complex, global initiatives.
Have at least one leading industry certification applicable to the role (such as PMP, PMI, or CAPM).
Proven track record of maintaining situational awareness across multiple program streams.
Demonstrated ability to lead decentralized teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Audio Visual meeting room deployment at scale.

Salary
Qualified Candidates can expect a salary of $180,000.
