Quality Engineer I, Post-Market Product Performance Monitoring

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with divisional subject matter experts to gather monthly, product-specific inputs required for the global trending system.
Update and maintain trending system input files to support accurate and timely monthly processing of post‑market complaint data.
Analyze, organize, and distribute monthly trending outputs to ensure divisional teams are informed of assigned post‑market monitoring signals.
Communicate key insights and findings clearly to stakeholders across divisions.
Respond to system user inquiries related to the global trending suite, including applications, dashboards, output files, and work instructions.
Analyze and calculate monthly metrics related to divisional post‑market product performance monitoring signals.
Support requests related to complaint investigation site applications, activities, and processes.
Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance trending tools, systems, and technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence.
Required qualifications:
Candidates with nontechnical degrees must have relevant experience in data analytics within a trending, quality, or post‑market data environment.
Experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience supporting post‑market surveillance, complaint handling, or quality systems.
Familiarity with trending systems, dashboards, or data visualization platforms in a regulated environment.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to data analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Proactive, accountable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
Salary
Minimum Salary: $51,000
Maximum Salary: $96,900
