Responsibilities
Support the development and launch of new carry and incentive compensation plans
Maintain and review full accounting records in Investran, including analytics and periodic reporting
Review capital calls and distributions for co-invest and carried interest entities
Partner with internal teams including tax, compliance, legal, and compensation on reporting and ad hoc requests
Liaise with external auditors for statutory fund audits
Coordinate onboarding for employee co‑investment programs and carry plans
Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate workflows
Qualifications
Strong accounting and finance experience, ideally within asset management or fund accounting
Experience working with investment vehicles such as private equity or credit funds
Familiarity with accounting systems such as Investran
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including legal, tax, and compliance
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
