About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the transformation of distressed properties, enhancing their market value and appeal. This field-based role involves frequent travel between project sites, ensuring renovations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. What We're Looking For:
Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate occupancy, assess conditions, and review neighborhood quality prior to property acquisition.
Support our acquisitions team by bidding on properties at courthouse steps.
Select and manage contractors while actively building relationships with new contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Resolve complex property issues, oversee contractors and vendors, and provide updates to the regional Area Manager on property status.
Monitor project progress by regularly checking on properties to ensure work remains on schedule.
Manage 10-30 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
Prepare homes for listing and collaborate with the Wedgewood Homes Realty team to facilitate the resale process.
What You'll Need:
Project management or single‑family home remodel experience is preferred, with 1‑5 years of relevant experience being ideal.
Experience in real estate or property appraisal is highly desirable.
Strong multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, taking initiative, and adapting quickly to challenges.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a focus in Construction Management being a plus.
Proficiency with technology including mobile devices, applications (iPads), email platforms (Outlook), and basic Excel is essential.
Valid driver's license in good standing.

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is $70,000–$95,000.00 annually based on experience.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary bonus of 10–20% of base salary (based on KPIs).
Eligible for unlimited compensation potential on Quarterly Production Bonuses.
All-In Compensation potential of $77k–$114k+.
