Senior Enterprise Architect – GEOINT Enterprise Architecture
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Enterprise Architect
to guide the development and evolution of the
GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA) . In this leadership role, you will shape enterprise‑wide architecture strategy, mentor architects, and ensure technical approaches align with mission objectives and government architecture frameworks.
Your Role
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will provide
strategic and technical leadership
across the GEOINT enterprise. You will align architecture decisions with organizational priorities, guide informed trade‑offs across competing demands, and ensure architecture artifacts support mission execution and long‑term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Government in guiding architects in the
development, maintenance, and documentation
of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA), ensuring alignment with
NGA strategy and CONOPS
Lead architecture analysis to provide
data‑driven insights
supporting trade‑off decisions between competing mission and technology demands
Provide
technical leadership and mentorship
to mid‑level and junior Enterprise Architects
Guide the development of proposed architecture design changes based on
requirements analysis and emerging technologies
Ensure architecture artifacts and approaches comply with
DoDAF
and
IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG)
standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field , or
12+ years of relevant experience
in lieu of a degree
12+ years of experience
in government or industry in one or more of the following areas:
Enterprise Architecture
Solutions Architecture
Data Architecture
DoDAF
IC Program Architecture Guidance (PAG)
Active TS/SCI clearance , with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree
in a STEM‑related field
Working knowledge of
Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
processes, tools, and languages
Federated Enterprise Architecture Certification , such as:
Certified Enterprise Architect – National Defense University, College of Information and Cyberspace
