Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer / AWS Cloud Engineer to design and build scalable, AI‑driven, cloud‑native platforms. This role focuses on developing agentic AI workflows, APIs, and enterprise‑grade solutions leveraging modern AWS services.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS architecture, AI/LLM platforms, and distributed systems, with the ability to deliver secure, production‑ready solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate scalable cloud‑native applications and APIs using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
Develop and implement agentic AI workflows using AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
Build and manage MCP servers and end‑to‑end AI‑driven solutions.
Integrate AWS Connect with AI workflows and backend systems.
Develop infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK).
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including application, data, security, and platform.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and reliability.
Apply AI‑assisted development practices and spec‑driven engineering approaches.
Drive innovation in AI/LLM‑based platforms and agent orchestration.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or AI development.
Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures.
Experience building APIs using AWS Lambda, ECS, and/or EKS.
Hands‑on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and agentic workflows.
Experience building and managing MCP servers.
Strong experience with AWS Connect integrations.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Windsurf, SpecIt).
Strong understanding of enterprise system design and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating AWS Connect with AI/agentic workflows.
Exposure to AWS Novasonic or similar AI/voice technologies.
Experience with LLM platforms, agent orchestration, and observability frameworks.
Prior experience in large‑scale enterprise environments.
