You’ll have the opportunity to:
Build strong patient relationships from an existing base
Grow into
independent clinical leadership
Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistry
What You’ll Do
Perform procedures including
endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
Contribute to patient growth and long‑term practice success
Who You Are
DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
2–3 years of experience preferred
Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
Growth‑minded and interested in long‑term opportunity
Schedule
3–4 days per week to start (Monday–Thursday)
Opportunity to expand schedule as the practice grows
