R55948We are searching for an onsite shop Planner for our Lenox, MA location focusing on rebuilds to help support our customers in the packaging and paper industry.

In this position, you’ll play an active role in planning, scheduling, and managing material flows for upgrade projects. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to grow in a dynamic industrial environment and work closely with several key functions across the organization.You will collaborate with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Shop Production, Warehouse Operations and Project Managers. Your daily activities will include creating and planning purchasing timings for on time deliveries, updating BOMs, supporting technical changes, handling purchase requisitions, coordinating material movements, including overseeing on time procurement activities. You will also join production meetings and contribute to project prioritization and execution.## Responsibilities•

Manage material requirements and support planning and scheduling for upgrade and revision projects.



Create and maintain project structures and Bills of Materials (BOMs).



Coordinate material availability, warehouse operations and material movements.



Work with Purchasing and Inside Sales to manage procurement needs and monitor pending materials.



Collaborate with Services Engineering and Project Managers on priorities, technical updates and project progress.



Prepare and oversee purchase requisitions and support production meeting activities.## Expectations## •

Bachelor’s or associate degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or a related field.

Similar years of experience with the right combination of education and mechanical aptitude will also be in your favor. •

2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment planning and buying for a B2B demanding environment a plus. •

Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office. •

Understanding of product analysis, planning processes, production flows, and logistics. •

Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. •

Analytical mindset and willingness to learn. •
