## Job Description# VMO Manager* Opportunity to lead programs supporting a modern insurance technology platform* High‐visibility role with influence across product, engineering, and vendor partners* Blend of strategic portfolio leadership and hands‐on program execution* Opportunity to help shape governance and delivery practices as the organization scales* Fast‐paced environment for a leader who enjoys building structure without bureaucracy* 5–7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Portfolio Manager* Proven direct leadership experience, including hiring, interviewing, and performance reviews* Strong background in process creation, documentation, and organizational maturity* Experience working in Agile environments with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams* Hands‐on experience with delivery and planning tools, including:

+ Planview (or transitioning to Planview)
