JR101158**Job Description:****Overview:**The Project Manager leads the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for public, private, and special-purpose utility district clients. This role manages multidisciplinary teams, oversees project execution, and cultivates strong client and community relationships.**Responsibilities:**• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.• Lead and mentor project teams in the preparation of engineering designs, reports, calculations, permitting documents, and presentations.• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and client agreements.• Develop responses to RFQs, solicitations, and bond applications for utility district and public sector clients.• Attend client, municipal, and board meetings to present project progress and provide technical expertise.• Maintain strong relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders.• Support the technical and professional development of team members.• Contribute to company-wide design standards, QA/QC processes, and best practices.**Qualifications:**• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).• Minimum 7 years of experience managing water and wastewater projects from conception through completion.• Strong knowledge of design and construction practices for waterlines, storage tanks, pump stations, wastewater lines, lift stations, and force mains.• Working knowledge of design and construction for water and wastewater systems, including treatment facilities.• Proven leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.• Ability to develop and sustain client and stakeholder relationships.• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime as needed.**EEO Statement:**All qualified applicants for Pape-Dawson Engineers will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Pape-Dawson is a leading civil engineering and professional services firm, with a history of delivering award-winning infrastructure and development projects with national impact.
