Job Description
Perform standard, diverse, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
Under minimal supervision, work on special projects complex and/or confidential in nature.
Create correspondence and other communications; maintain accurate records; obtain travel schedules.
Perform similar functions for meetings involving state managers.
Coordinate employee recognition activities.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, or Equivalent, supplemental by additional vocational, technical, or business school training.
Minimum of 2 years general secretarial or executive assistance/secretary experience with some administrative responsibilities.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills.
Additional Information
Proficient Computer Skills (Word Perfect/Microsoft Word, Lotus/Excel, Access, PowerPoint is a plus)
