
Retail Experience Manager

Job Summary
The Retail Manager is responsible for operations of the assigned retail location, ensuring efficient store operations in line with Aramark’s policies and client contract, coordinating guest services, merchandising, inventory, purchasing, and overall fulfillment of operational needs.
Compensation Data
Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000.

Job Responsibilities
Manage non-selling aspects of retail operation including inventory, warehouse, receiving, ticketing, and distribution.
Work with HR to hire staff, ensure accurate staffing for events or store operations, and stay within payroll budget.
Develop and train customer service programs and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate opening and closing procedures, including cash and credit card accountability, and security requirements.
Address and resolve customer issues.
Verify accountability reports of financial transactions, including sales and merchandise transfers.
Periodically check and verify accurate ticketing of merchandise.
Lead periodic physical inventories and address count discrepancies.
Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
Adapt to evolving job duties as needed.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule with some evenings and weekends.
Strong organizational skills.
Profit and loss (P&L) accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills, adhering to Aramark's standard service mode.
