This is a
client-facing role
with significant exposure to cutting‑edge technologies and direct collaboration with inventors and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
Draft and prosecute
U.S. and international patent applications
Work directly with clients on
innovations in wireless technologies
Manage prosecution strategy and portfolio development
What They’re Looking For
5+ years of patent prosecution experience
Strong expertise in
wireless technologies (5G/6G, WiFi)
Experience preparing applications for Qualcomm highly preferred
Background in
Electrical Engineering (BS or higher required)
USPTO registration required
Plus:
Experience in areas such as power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical technologies, or 3D printing
