POST RGV Outpatient Therapy Clinic - McAllen, TX
POST RGV, an Ensign affiliated Outpatient Therapy clinic, is currently seeking a Licensed PT/OT/SLP with a passion for business development to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage the daily operations associated with a thriving clinic.

Our Clinic Director position is unlike most others. We believe in clinic level decision making, so you will have ownership and autonomy to create excellent programs based on the needs of your community. We offer creative freedom and the ability to grow your clinic beyond the traditional approach to private practice outpatient care. We support our Clinic Directors with ongoing continuing education and leadership training.
Duties
Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to developpersonalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs andgoals
Implements and monitors the provision of policy and procedure
Supervise staff and ensures effective staff orientation, training and ongoing competency
Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey.
Assist in scheduling and tracking of patient cases Manages and
Analyze department metrics including accurate billing
Ensure thatclinic is compliant with all regulatory issues. This includesassurance that the clinic records are completed and maintained, such as medical record documentation and reimbursement denial
Maintainrelationships with providers and other key community members
Qualifications
PT/OT/SLP license required
Supervisory and/or administrative experience in an Outpatient setting
Knowledge of billing practices to manage a variety of payorseffectively
Strong organizational and leadership skills
