We are looking for a
Mitigation and Emergency Services Helper
to join our team - someone ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Pay
$18 per hour
Overtime opportunities available
What You’ll Do
Assist Mitigation Technicians and Project Managers on water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
Perform demolition and debris removal safely and efficiently
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and warehouse
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners on-site
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, climbing)
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid driver’s license preferred

Experience in construction, restoration, or labor-intensive roles
