Salary:

$94,500–$110,000 + bonus opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA or related field

BCBA certification from BACB

Maryland Licensure

Minimum 1 year of experience with children with ASD

Solid understanding of ABA principles and interventions

Effective communication and people skills

Skilled in prioritizing tasks within a supportive, low‑stress setting

Compensation and Bonus Structure

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD.

Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations.

Provide direct therapy services, using skill‑building and behavior reduction techniques.

Collaborate with families and professionals in a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior BCBAs.

Stay current on ABA best practices and ASD treatment.
