Responsibilities
The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cost-related aspects of the project, including estimating costs, budgeting, and ensuring the project remains on budget throughout its lifecycle. The Cost Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and control.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in cost management
7+ years’ experience in change order management
7+ years’ experience in sub‑contractor cost management
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 8 years of equivalent experience plus a minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
