About the Role
We’re a multi-brand digital marketing company and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented part‑time team member to join our paid media operation. You’ll be responsible for writing and developing creative briefs for Meta and TikTok ads across multiple brands in the pet, beauty, health, and wellness space.
This is a rare opportunity to get hands‑on experience inside a real performance marketing team — working directly with video editors and media buyers to bring ad concepts to life.
What You’ll Do
Research and develop creative briefs for Meta and TikTok paid media campaigns
Collaborate with video editors and media buyers to align creative direction with campaign goals
Adapt briefs across multiple brand voices (pet, beauty, health & wellness)
Stay on top of trending ad formats and content styles on Meta and TikTok
Help organize and manage the creative pipeline across brands
Have a strong eye for what makes content stop the scroll
Are a clear, concise writer who can translate ideas into actionable direction
Are organized and can juggle multiple brands and deadlines at once
Are genuinely curious about what makes paid ads perform
Can work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Familiarity with Meta or TikTok ads (even as a consumer)
Any background in marketing, communications, advertising, or media
Experience writing briefs, scripts, or creative direction is a plus but not required
Compensation
$1,000/month base with performance incentives for top contributors. This is a part‑time remote role — ideal for a student looking to build real‑world experience inside a fast‑moving marketing team.
