Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $85,300.00 to $142,200.00.

Role Overview
As a Sr. Supply Chain Optimization Engineer, you will help an outstanding distribution network maintain a competitive edge by using your supply chain knowledge and network prediction/optimization skills to answer complex strategy questions. You will develop supply chain modeling to identify service and cost improvement opportunities, support the implementation of those opportunities, and contribute to the analytics roadmap for the Supply Chain Network Strategy team. You will be a key member of the Supply Chain Optimization team and report to the Senior Manager, Global Network Design & Optimization.

You Will

Gather data and use appropriate analytical methods and mathematical tools to develop flexible, scalable network models.

Execute scenarios designed to understand options to improve logistics operations, architecture, flows, and processes.

Leverage advanced techniques to create supply chain prediction and optimization frameworks.

Summarize analyses to develop content and present recommendations to strategic partners to align on supply chain priorities and investments.

Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and create reporting and metrics as appropriate.

Maintain and execute core department processes to ensure ongoing model fidelity.

You Have

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; or equivalent experience.

3+ years experience in supply chain network design or optimization, consulting, operations planning, inventory planning, transportation, and/or supply chain finance and analytics.

Experience with R, Python, and/or SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, PowerBI, or similar background in working with large datasets, from data navigation to coding.

Demonstrated skills such as problem solving, bias for action, ability to multi‑task, ability to influence and an analytical background.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate, identify and improve or solve gaps and inefficiencies in all aspects of a complex supply chain.
