About the Role
We are seeking a Material Transfer Project Manager to join the Boston Scientific Global Supply Chain Acquisition and Integrations Materials team. This role focuses on leading material transfer strategies and execution across acquisitions and integration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their experience in global supply chain, cross‑functional leadership, and complex integrations.

Your Responsibilities Include
Lead projects, determine objectives and deliverables, and ensure successful execution.
Lead detailed project planning and participate in program-level planning.
Lead a materials core team with cross functional and global partners.
Manage transfer of inventory between sending site, receiving sites and suppliers.
Communicate expectations, deliverables, and status clearly to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement aligned with BSC Quality Systems.
Translate lessons learned activities into best practice business processes for future integrations.
Serve as an ambassador of Boston Scientific culture.
Manage dispositioning of inventory for manufacturing integration completion.
Right‑size supplier purchase orders at the existing manufacturing site to align current demand, run the business inventory and integration strategy.
Facilitate and track financial planning for material disposition: forecast scrap and transfer costs. Understand financial flows between sites.
Develop strategy for moving material between quality systems.
Coordinate communications across receiving sites and partners.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of BSC systems (SAP/S4, Rapid Response, Windchill, etc.)
5+ years of project management or related experience
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail‑oriented with strong execution capability
Up to 30% travel required.
Must be a self‑motivated independent thinker who is eager and quick to learn; highly adaptable, flexible, willing to take on new challenges and champion new ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with acquisitions, integrations, or material transfers
Ability to create and scale business processes and tools
Experience leading cross‑functional teams
PMP certification preferred
Experience working with global teams

Maximum Salary:
$161,500

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
