You will report to the VP of Product. **About the Role** The Product Manager II will own the Elsevier Adaptive Quizzing and EAQ AI product suite. Last year, EAQ delivered over 8.3M assessments to nursing and allied health degree seeking students. They will drive solutions to problems with the delivery team(s) and set the agenda for the product domains, driving program execution. In addition, they will propose new business product strategies that address the customer's current and future challenges and help drive commercial success. This individual will actively mentor and informally lead cross-functional team members.**Responsibilities** Validates product strategy based on knowledge of customers, competitors, customer feedback, internal data, and market trends.**Requirements**

Have 2-5 years of Product Management experience working in an agile team environment.

Experience working on a successful GAI project; understanding of RAG architecture environments and LLMs is a major plus. Experience working with Evaluation and Data Science teams and creating requirements for effective research and outcomes a major plus.
